GameSparcs was established in 2010 and officially listed on the OTC market in 2016. As a global game platform operation company, it employs over 300 staff members, with its headquarters in Taichung, Taiwan, and branch offices in Taipei (Taiwan), Malta (Europe), as well as Hangzhou and Chengdu (China). Since 2019, GameSparcs has pursued a strategy of diversified operations. In addition to its core business of mobile game publishing, the company has ventured into the social game industry, developing and operating its own online social games and licensing LAN-based gaming systems to international markets.
