The "Code of Integrity Management," approved by the board, specifies that the directors, managers, and employees of GameSparcs must comply with legal regulations and prevent dishonest behaviors, thereby strengthening GameSparcs’ corporate culture of integrity and fostering healthy development. This serves as a reference framework for establishing sound business operations. 
To ensure that employees adhere to legal regulations and professional ethics while upholding the principle of integrity, the "Code of Integrity Management" includes a mechanism for assessing risks associated with dishonest behavior. The company strictly requires that all decisions and actions comply with legal standards and conducts regular educational training on the "Code of Integrity Management." It also periodically analyzes and assesses business activities with higher risks of dishonest behavior, devises preventive measures, and reviews their adequacy and effectiveness. 
GameSparcs has established an effective internal control system, regularly audited by internal auditors. Preventive management measures are applied to business activities with higher risks of dishonest behavior as outlined in Article 7, Paragraph 2 of the "Guidelines for Integrity Management of Listed and OTC Companies" or other high-risk areas. The latest report on the implementation of integrity management was presented to the board on November 11, 2024.
